Free for charities. Value-based for funders. No subscriptions.
We don't think charities should pay to raise money. And we don't think funders should pay for software that doesn't cut the cost of giving.
£0
Per month. Per year. Per bid. Per everything.
Every charity gets the full Raiser service, free, forever. No trial. No card required. No features locked behind a paywall.
That includes
Because the system is already costing charities enough.
Small charities currently spend 38% of their grant income on the process of applying for grants. Not on the work. On the paperwork. In the UK alone, £900 million is wasted every year across both sides of the grant application process — and only 6% of applications receive a yes.
We’ve wiped out the fee on the charity side entirely. You’re struggling enough as it is.
Raiser makes money when funders use the platform to give — which means our interests are completely aligned with yours: the more successful your fundraising, the better for everyone.
Not software pricing. Value-based pricing.
Traditional grant management software charges you for features — impact reporting, case management, booking systems — regardless of how much you actually give or what it costs the sector.
We charge differently. Raiser is priced at 1.5% of your annual grant-making — based on your previous year’s accounts, billed monthly, adjusted annually. The more impact you create, the more you invest in the infrastructure that makes it possible.
Every funder gets the same full service. No tiers. No application limits. No features locked away.

| £100,000 | £1,800 | £150 |

Software pricing comparisons only tell part of the story. The full picture includes what the whole system costs — on both sides.
Under the current model, funders pay for grant management software. Their applicants pay nothing in software fees — but they spend enormous amounts of staff time and resource writing bespoke applications for every funder they approach. With applications up 400% in five years and approval rates at just 6%, the cost falling on the charity side is catastrophic.
Raiser eliminates the charity-side cost entirely. When you compare Raiser not just against other funder software, but against the total cost of running a grants programme — including the hidden cost your applicants are carrying — the numbers look very different.
This is what we mean by value-based pricing. You’re not paying for features. You’re paying for a system that costs the sector less, delivers better data, and gets more money to the places it’s needed most.
Foundations and giving programmes operating above £1 million in annual grant-making represent a significant relationship — for you and for us. We’d rather have a conversation than send you a Stripe link.
Get in touch to talk about how Raiser works at scale, what it means for your grants programme, and what the right commercial arrangement looks like.
Because they’re doing more. And because we believe the cost of building fair infrastructure should be shared in proportion to the benefit you receive from it.
Every funder on Raiser — from the smallest community trust to the largest foundation — gets identical access to every feature. There are no premium tiers. No feature gates. No second-class accounts.
What scales with your giving is your contribution to the shared infrastructure that makes the whole system work. The funder giving £50,000 a year benefits from Raiser. The funder giving £500,000 benefits more. The pricing reflects that — just as your impact does.
This is part of what we mean by the Raiserlution: building a system where the cost of change is distributed more fairly, and where the organisations with the most resource contribute proportionally more to making it work for everyone.
We use your most recent filed annual accounts. For UK registered charities and foundations, these are publicly available via the Charity Commission. We'll ask you to confirm the figure when you sign up, and we may cross-reference it.
Get in touch — hello@raiser.uk. We'll agree a sensible Year 1 figure based on your intended giving.
Raiser's fees are subject to VAT at the standard rate (20%). If you're VAT-registered, you can reclaim this. If not, the inc-VAT figure is your cost. The toggle above shows both.
Great news for your grantees. Your Raiser rate will be reviewed at your next annual renewal and adjusted to reflect the new level. Mid-year, your rate stays fixed.
Yes — annual billing by invoice is available. This is particularly useful for deed trusts and solicitor-managed giving programmes. Email hello@raiser.uk to arrange.
Monthly billing has no minimum commitment beyond the current month. Annual billing is — as the name suggests — for a full year.
No. The Raiser service is completely free for charities. This will not change.
Some organisations both receive and distribute grants. If you operate a grants programme, the funder pricing applies to your grant-making activity. Your use of Raiser as a charity remains free.
