1. Who we are
Raiser is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform provided by Raiser Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 15855502) with its registered office at Piccadilly Business Centre, Blackett Street, Manchester, England, M12 6AE.
“You” or “your organisation” means the charity, company or other organisation that creates an account and the authorised individual acting on its behalf.
2. Using the service
The person creating the account confirms they have authority to bind their organisation to these terms.
You agree to use Raiser only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with the security or operation of the service.
We grant your organisation a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use Raiser for your own internal purposes.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Raiser is billed monthly in advance.
Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel.
If you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. No partial or pro-rata refunds are given
We may change prices by giving at least 30 days’ notice.
4. Cancellation and termination
You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms or misuse the service.
We may discontinue or materially change the service by giving reasonable notice.
5. Our responsibilities
We aim to keep Raiser available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses.
6. Your data
Your organisation retains ownership of the content and data you upload.
You grant us a limited licence to host and process it in order to operate the service.
We will handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
7. Complaints
If you have a complaint, please follow our Complaints Policy.
We will aim to resolve issues promptly and fairly.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes and your continued use of Raiser after notice means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
